It’s Borussia Dortmund against Real Madrid this evening, with two giants of Germany and Spain set to do battle in the UEFA Champions League final.

Both sides have certainly earned their spot under the arch at Wembley this evening, seeing off the likes of Atletico Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City and Bayern Munich between them since reaching the knockout stages.

There are plenty of narratives to take into account. Toni Kroos playing his final club game, Marco Reus donning the Dortmund shirt for the last time, Jude Bellingham and Jadon Sancho battling it out to become the latest Englishman to lift this famous trophy whilst playing overseas. Three of them start - with only Reus missing out as he takes up a place on the bench.
